A 6 mile route through country lanes, field paths, a sunken lane and coastal paths. It is a fairly easy walk with one steep bit up concrete steps at Heybrook Bay.
We will walk at a gentle pace, with plently of stops for rest and a coffee break half way through.
This walk is part of the SWCPA Coast Path Connectors (https://www.southwestcoastpath.org.uk/Get-involved/coast-path-connectors/) Project, which develops sociable walking programmmes to connect people to the nature and heritage of the Coast Path for health and wellbeing benefits.
