Fit to Think: The Business Performance Workshop will take place on 25 September 2026 at Venaspace - The Apex in Plymouth. This practical session for business owners and entrepreneurs includes a 90-minute workshop followed by lunch and networking. Tickets for the event cost £20.76.
A practical 90-minute workshop for business owners and entrepreneurs, followed by lunch and
networking.
You have been working on your business relentlessly.
But when did you last work on the person responsible for running it?
You have the plans, systems, strategies and probably a fairly good idea of what you should be doing. Yet, there is never enough time. Your focus disappears quickly. Your energy is inconsistent, but you don’t know why. You spend way too much time chasing your tail. Or the business is simply not progressing at the pace you know it could.
What if YOU are your business's hidden bottleneck?
You will leave this Fit to Think workshop knowing exactly which habits - across the five key areas of your wellbeing - are quietly working against you, and which one to fix first.
Your ability to think clearly, make decisions, focus, follow through and perform consistently directly affects what your business can achieve. Because your business will only ever be as healthy as you.
What will we do?
During this interactive 90-minute workshop, Routine & Performance Strategist Ildikó Sealey will introduce you to her T.E.M.P.L.E. Method™ and help you examine the everyday routines, habits and behaviours affecting your professional performance.
This is not a morning of sitting through a presentation about wellbeing. You will work through practical
exercises individually, in pairs and as a group to identify:
where your time is being wasted or poorly utilised
habits that could be draining your focus, energy and effectiveness
small changes that could improve how you operate
one micro action in each area that you can implement immediately and sustainably
You will leave with
your completed workbook
five practical micro actions
and, most importantly, a clear decision about which habit you are going to adopt first
Why does this matter?
You can have the best business strategy in the world. You still need to be fit to think, decide and execute.
One Routine Audit participant said the biggest value was seeing the overview of the five health pillars. It brought focus and attention onto what wasn't going well, rather than letting it get pushed to the side.
Another client realised that having a routine isn't a restriction. It's what frees up the mental energy to focus on running their business properly.
For one client one hour was enough to see clearly where the gaps were and exactly what needed attention first.
Sometimes the thing holding the business back is hiding in plain sight.
Who is it for?
Fit to Think is designed for business owners and entrepreneurs who recognise that:
● there is never enough time
● focus or energy is inconsistent
● too much of the working day is spent reacting
● you know what you should be doing, but struggle to do it consistently
● the business is not progressing at the pace you believe it could
● the way you are currently working may simply not be sustainable
You do not need to wait until you are overwhelmed or approaching burnout to do something about it!
The warning signs are often easy to dismiss until they become much harder to ignore.

The habits behind burnout don't correct themselves with time. They compound quietly. The earlier they're spotted, the smaller the change needed to fix them.
