About This Event

The mural unveiling at The Quaker House Outreach Centre in Plymouth will take place on 5 September 2026. A new design by local illustrator Devon Tipping is being displayed for the public to view. Cake will be available during the event.

Come and see the new mural on Mutley Plain, designed by local illustrator Devon Tipping, and enjoy some cake while you are there!

Come see Plymouth's newest piece of public art and celebrate a message of peace, hope and community.

Designed by Plymouth illustrator Devon Tipping (founder of Community in Print) and brought to life by award-winning local muralist Mrs Murals, the artwork offers a moment of reflection for everyone passing through Mutley Plain, and we want to celebrate it!

Join us for a welcome day to see the mural up close, meet members of the community, and find out more about the story behind it, all with a lovely cup of tea and a slice of cake too.
