Accredited Spirit Release & Space Clearing Training

A two-day accredited training for experienced energy practitioners ready to develop skill, discernment, and confidence in spirit release and spiritual space clearing, including the restoration of balance in disturbed land and property.

During this two-day, fully accredited and certificated training, you’ll gain a solid, practical grounding in spirit release, entity attachment work, and the clearing and stabilising of spaces.

You’ll learn how to recognise and work with unwanted energetic influence, whether it’s affecting a person, a home, or the land itself. This includes understanding how disturbances can present, how to respond without escalation, and how to support resolution in a way that is steady, ethical, and contained.

Alongside working with individuals, we’ll go deeper into the often-overlooked reality that places hold memory. Homes, land, and buildings can carry the imprint of events, emotional residue, and unresolved energetic disturbance. You’ll learn how to assess these environments and work with them in a way that restores coherence, rather than simply displacing what’s there.

What is Spirit Release?

Spirit release is the process of identifying and resolving the presence of spiritual entities or attachments that are disrupting a person, a property, or the wider field of a place.

These may include earthbound spirits, energetic imprints, or other forms of non-physical presence. In some cases, the disturbance is focused within a person. In others, it is rooted in the land or environment and impacting those who live or work there.

This work is not about force or confrontation. It is about skilled, contained intervention. Through clear perception, grounded presence, and appropriate techniques, the practitioner facilitates resolution, allowing what is stuck, displaced, or entangled to move on, and restoring balance to the person or place.

Who is this training for?

This training was created by experienced spirit release practitioner and award-winning energy healer and therapist, Helen Mantell, in response to a recurring gap in the field.

Many of the practitioners she worked alongside were encountering experiences they had not been trained to handle, from unexpected entity attachment to disturbances within homes or land, and had nowhere appropriate to turn.

This training is for you if you:

Have had spiritual or energetic experiences that felt outside your scope of training, and you want to understand them properly

Have witnessed strong or unexpected reactions in clients during healing, regression, or intuitive work, and want to know how to respond safely

Want to work with both people and places, including homes, land, and environments that feel unsettled or disturbed

Are drawn to understanding how energetic disturbance can embed in a property or location, and how to restore balance without causing further disruption

Want to work responsibly with the spirit world, with clear boundaries and ethical awareness

Want to expand your existing practice with skills that allow you to assess, contain, and resolve entity attachment

Have at least two years’ experience in energy work or related modalities such as energy healing, Reiki, counselling, hypnotherapy, psychic or intuitive work, past life regression, or shamanic practice

Prepare and Protect

Create steady, protected working environments for both personal and space-based work, so you are not reacting in the moment but working from a place of stability.

Strengthen Perception and Discernment

Develop the clarity needed to distinguish between different types of energetic disturbance, whether within a person, a building, or the land itself.

Working with Disturbed Spaces and Land

Learn how to assess and work with properties that feel unsettled, including those affected by past events, residual emotional imprint, or ongoing disturbance. This includes understanding how land holds memory, how imbalance can present, and how to restore equilibrium without destabilising the wider field.

Identify and Resolve Energetic Disruption

Work with entity attachment, imprints, portals, and anomalies in a way that is grounded and contained.

Working with Clients in Altered States

Asses when altered states may be appropriate and support clients safely when they enter deeper states during sessions, allowing for more effective and contained spirit release work.

Recognising Different Forms of Attachment

Understand the range of attachments you may encounter, from straightforward to more complex, and how to approach each appropriately.

Distance Spirit Release and Land Work

Learn how to work with locations remotely, including places with a turbulent or complex history, without needing to be physically present.
