I'm Tom, founder of WellARC. I spent a decade in elite sport settings which taught me that good intentions alone aren’t enough; to build high performance, you also need the right environment. Now I work with people leaders and business owners to move wellbeing from a performative checkbox to a core strategic capability, building the systems and skills to hold it up, not just delivering a session and hoping it sticks.
