The Togetherness Antenatal Learning Pathway is a 5 week programme for all expectant parents.
It provides parents-to-be with information and practical skills they need to feel confident about caring for and making informed choices for their baby. The courses provide an opportunity to meet other expectant parents and families in a nurturing and relaxed environment.
Topics covered are:
· What is the Togetherness Approach?
· Helping your and your baby though pregnancy and birth
· Getting to know your baby both inside the womb and when they are born
· The role of the health visitor other support available
· Feeding your newborn
· A practical session looking at bathing a baby, holding a baby, safe sleep and so much more!

It is recommended to attend this course is from 28 weeks pregnancy. We also welcome any partner, family/ friend or supporter of your choice to attend as well. The group is facilitated by Family Support Workers from your local Family Hub.
