Join Rebecca Danicic, Fourth Bard of Dorchester (Caer Dur 2025–26), and Peter Roe, Grand Bard of Dorchester (2024–29), for an afternoon of poetry, stories and spoken word.The Bards will present a layered palimpsest of Cerne Abbas and the Giant - myth and history, Hercules and Eadwold, landscape and legend - woven through original verse and evocative retellings. Expect wit, gravitas and a living bardic tradition brought vividly to life beneath Dorset’s most iconic chalk colossus.Performance just under an hour.
