Welcome along to my new Traditional Hatha breath based yoga flow hour class. Hatha yoga combines the breath with the movement.

Starting the session with grounding & breathwork leading to a beautiful yoga flow which combines standing and seated poses finishing with a relaxing meditation, suitable for all yogis

Just bring your mat, water ,blanket & a yoga block if you use one.

Classes are weekly

Tuesday 9.30-10.30am

Thursday 7-8pm

Saturday 9am -10am

£8 .50 per class
