We pack an entire seasonal progression into 4 high-focus, 30-minute blocks. By pairing a sharp land-based briefing with immediate in-water execution, you get elite technical adjustments and understand the why behind every movement without spending hours freezing in the surf.

This clinic is designed for athletes who possess basic open-water fitness but want to become faster, more efficient, and tactically sharp in the sea.

Ideal for:

✔ Olympic, T100, 70.3, and Ironman triathletes preparing for the upcoming race season.

✔ Swimmers targeting events like the Bournemouth Pier to Pier, Isle of Wight Solent Swims, Bantham Swoosh, Southsea Pier to Pier, or Weymouth 70.3.

✔ Pool swimmers looking for a seamless, structured transition into rougher sea conditions.

✔ Athletes who lose time or feel anxious dealing with waves, chop, currents, or low-sun sighting.

⚠️ This Clinic Is NOT Suitable For: Complete beginners to front crawl, non-swimmers, athletes unable to swim at least 400m continuously, or anyone requiring 1-on-1 basic learn-to-swim instruction.

Prerequisite: Ability to swim 1,000m continuously in a pool in under 24 minutes.
