Yoga, Breakfast & Sauna

Sunday mornings done right! 🧡

We are back for our second Sunday Ritual on the 30th August.

Taking place at The Rum Life in Wimborne, beginning the day with a fun and dynamic yoga flow, finishing with an extended relaxation and mini sound bath 🧘‍♀️

Post yoga - we will enjoy a delicious breakfast of yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit & coffee from Rum Life ☕

Once refueled, we will then head to the sauna & cold plunge session at the Bake Sauna - with handmade body scrubs & clay masks

The event will run from 8:30am-11:30am on the 30th August 2026.

Feel free to stick around after the event to enjoy more coffee or lunch in The Rum Life.

A new monthly morning event filled with movement, community & connection.

2 Towels (1 to sit on, 1 to dry with)
