Step away from the noise for a full winter day on the Jurassic Coast.

As we move towards the darker, quieter part of the year, we’ll gather at beautiful Lulworth Cove for a day of movement, stillness, nourishing food, nature, sauna and sea.

We’ll begin together at Lulworth Village Hall with tea and an opening circle before moving through a grounding yoga practice, meditation and deep rest.

Afterwards, we’ll gather around the table for a warming homemade seasonal lunch, before heading down to Lulworth Cove for the wild + cosy part of our day.

Our afternoon will include private beach sauna sessions, optional sea dipping and a mindful coastal experience exploring the beautiful landscape around Lulworth. We’ll have warm drinks and seasonal treats along the way before coming back together for our closing circle as the light begins to fade.

No previous yoga, meditation, sauna or cold-water experience is needed. Everything is optional and you’ll be encouraged to experience the day in whatever way feels right for you.
