The event location is the Jervis Gallery in the St Vincent campus, access is via Mill Lane opposite Jervis Drive and is signposted.

Parking: Parking is available outside the Jervis Gallery and also additional bays are located opposite the on-site nursery (Rosie’s Little Blessings).

Access: Entry can be via the main entrance doors to the Jervis Gallery with accessible ramp plus there is an additional accessible ramped entry which can be access via the rear of the Jervis – this has a longer range for large mobility aids.

Facilities: Toilets are located within the main hall, the only disabled access is in the female toilets. For any males that require larger space, event staff to manage the space to allow the male to access the toilet alone and without any other female occupiers present.
