Difficult mornings, after-school overwhelm, bedtime struggles—or everyday advice that just doesn’t seem to help your child?
This practical, two-hour workshop will help you explore what may be adding to those pressures and identify manageable changes to try at home.
Led by Zoe Aspinall MSc, founder of NeuroInclusive.UK and author of Designing Homes for All Brains: Parents and Carers Edition, the session draws on her MSc in Applied Neuroscience, 30 years’ experience in education and lived experience of neurodivergent family life.
What will we cover?
You’ll explore the six areas of the Ecological Inclusion Framework and how they work together to shape your child’s everyday experience. Through relatable examples, practical suggestions and guided reflection, you’ll consider where adjustments to your child’s surroundings and routines could make daily life easier.
The workshop includes time for questions, discussion and individual reflection, so you can relate the ideas to your own family. You’ll leave with a clearer starting point and one manageable change to try at home.
A starting point for your family
Before the workshop, you’ll be invited to complete the free online evaluation at NeuroInclusive.UK. This provides a graph and overview highlighting where your child’s environment may already be supportive and where demands may be greater.
You can use these results during the workshop to help you decide where to focus. If you cannot complete the evaluation beforehand, you can still take part fully.
Practical support, without judgement
You know your child; this workshop offers another way to explore what might help. The focus is on finding approaches that fit your child and your family’s circumstances. You won’t be expected to share personal experiences with the group.
