After our summer Masquerade Ball sold out, we're bringing the magic back for New Year's Eve. Enjoy a three-course dinner by Chef Peter Ashby, then let our DJ fill the dance floor as we count down to midnight. We'll raise a glass of sparkling wine at 11.55pm to toast the New Year, and serve warm bacon rolls at 12.30am to keep the party going.

Early bird: £75 per person until 30 November. £80 from 1 December.

Starters

Venison & Beef Shin Terrine (can be GF) – marinated capers and red onion relish, served on a warm brioche croute with pickled chicory

Smoked Salmon Salad (GF) – cucumber ribbons and radish on baby gem, topped with Bloody Mary Marie Rose sauce

Eve's Salad (V, VE, GF) – crunchy radicchio, chicory, sweet red pepper and pomegranate seeds with a zingy clementine dressing

Mains

Braised Feather Blade of Beef (GF) – fondant potato, wilted spinach, wild forest mushrooms, roasted heritage carrots and a rich port jus

Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet (GF) – poached julienne vegetables, warm garlic and tarragon vinaigrette, topped with straw potatoes

Beetroot & Caraway Wellington (V, VE, GF) – creamed mash, watercress purée, heritage carrots and a vegan feta-style sauce

Desserts

Smooth Chocolate Truffle Teardrop – marinated wild berries and a sugar curl

Glazed White Chocolate & Lemon Cheesecake – raspberry sorbet

Yoghurt & Chia Seed Fruit Punch Pot (V, VE, GF) – blackberry and mint coulis
