Join In Focus for free creative photography and arts sessions for young people aged 16–25 on the Isle of Wight.These sessions are a chance to meet other young people, explore photography, try new creative skills and make work about the world around you. You can bring your own camera, or use our Canon DSLRs, lighting kit and creative materials.

Our groups are different to traditional photography clubs. You might try light painting, portraits, street photography, macro photography, motion blur, collage, badge making, mixed media and more. Each session is a chance to experiment, play with ideas and build confidence with image-making.

You do not need any photography experience to come along. Whether you are already an art or photography nerd, or you just want to try something creative in a welcoming space, you are very welcome.Our sessions are safe, welcoming creative spaces. We work with each group to agree how we want the space to feel, so everyone can feel respected, listened to and able to be themselves.

The sessions are led by In Focus Education & Development facilitators, educators and practicing visual arts and photography professionals.
