Please wear comfortable workout attire - TRAINERS ARE MANDATORY if you're participating - so is attitude; a sense of fun, and be prepared to step outside your comfort zone!

If you've bought a standing/ observer ticket - just join in and throw your hands in the air!

Participant Waiver: 1. You represent that you are physically fit to participate in the event and have no medical conditions or concerns that would prevent your safe participation or have consulted and obtained medial clearance to participate. You also consent to receiving medical treatment as necessary resulting in your participation.
