About This Event

Hell on the Fell returns on Sunday 6 September 2026, setting off from Longridge Civic Hall. This gruelling challenge asks cyclists to conquer every public road on Longridge Fell in a single day, a route that demands multiple ascents and descents across the fell’s intricate network of lanes. Riders take on each climb individually, with the total distance and elevation gain shifting according to the precise route selected.
