Join us at Botany Bay to welcome some of our overwintering wading birds back to the East Kent shores!

Many of our Daring Dozen will still be on the way back to us from their breeding grounds in the Arctic Circle, but there will almost definitely be some early arrivals!

We'll be walking over to Foreness Point to see the Turnstone roost (where there is also a chance of Purple Sandpiper), before finishing with one of the season's first looks at the famous Whiteness high tide roost!

We'll be meeting just opposite the Botany Bay Hotel. There is free parking at the end of Botany Road, and public toilets are sometimes available at Botany Bay. Failing that, toilets are available for paying customers in the Botany Bay Hotel.
