A day dedicated to healing mother wounds using Family Constellations will be held on Marlborough Road in Ramsgate on 31 October 2026 starting at 10:00. This event for women costs between £33.22 and £87.38.
A deep journey into healing our mother wounds - a day for women - a chance to find resourcing and connection.
A whole day workshop for up to 8 women to gently explore and heal the mother wound through the powerful modality of Family Constellations.
Together we will enter a space of compassion, witnessing and inclusion, untangling unconscious patterns and deepening our capacity to live our own lives more freely and fully.
Up to 4 participants (who volunteer) will have the chance to have their constellations facilitated in service of the group. Through representing, witnessing and participating in the constellations, healing insights and shifts can emerge for everyone present.
It’s hard to conceptualise the ongoing ways a mother wound can destabilise and deplete us. It really is a core wound that can show up in all parts of our lives, relationships, career, money, financial stability, self worth, friendships.
Sometimes we end up forever waiting for our mother to be the person we’ve longed for them to be. Sometimes we’ve ended up mothering our mother or carrying her burden, stepping in as her ‘partner’ or ‘therapist’ in an attempt to give her what she needs so she can show up for us.
We might have turned that lack of felt sense of love inwards, blaming ourselves and seeing ourselves as unloved and unlovable. We can create patterns in our lives where we sacrifice our own needs to meet the needs of others or attach our worth and value to what we give to others. Finding it hard to receive ourselves.
Family constellations uniquely can assist us in accepting our mother for who she is and what she can and can’t give us.
And help us connect with ancestors (back before the trouble started) or archetypes that can step in and provide us with the felt sense of being loved and supported that was sadly missing.
We can also start to connect to our loving mother within.
Held in the sisterhood we can join together in deep understanding and compassion for each other and ourselves. Sitting with others who get it. And going on a healing journey together. Peeling the layers of the onion to return ourselves to wholeness and a felt sense of inner resourcing.
This is for people who identify as woman or non-binary.
If you are a man or identify as male and would like to attend a workshop on this theme please get in touch.

“Reminder of ancestor strengths we can tap into.” Moni
‘I’ve discovered family constellations in the last 6 months. After hearing people talk about them from years, it finally aligned for me. And wow, I have been blown away with the process both representing for others and when exploring my own question. After each session I have left with a deeper understanding of my family system and profound sense of energy shifting. The constellations have helped me connect deeper to my own body, in understanding and trusting physical signals. Each constellation is unique - you have to try it to feel the magic. Emma is an amazing space holder and guides in a gentle but strong way. If you feel intrigued - I really recommend this work, for deep healing.’ Charli
