About This Event

Lotte Saahko hosts a Forest Diary Workshop for ages 9 and over at The Best of Times Bookshop and Cafe in Ramsgate. The event focuses on the forest journaling habit of the protagonist from Saahko's debut novel, Lumi and the Wolf. Tickets cost £7.00.

Lottie Saahko's debut novel Lumi and the Wolf comes out in September. Join her to explore her protagonist's habit of Forest Journaling.

Finnish author’s debut novel in English “Lumi and the Wolf” is coming out on September 24th. This moving and fast-paced book tells the tale of an autistic girl who befriends and saves an endangered wolf. The protagonist, Lumi, keeps a “forest diary” in the novel, a creative and meditative habit of Saahko’s, which she explores in her celebrated journaling workshops.

The Forest Diary Workshop is suitable for participants aged 9 years and above and arts materials are provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult (adults accompanying children are included in the ticket price).

2pm on Saturday 26th August.
