Join fellow Thanet Female Founders for a relaxed, friendly and fun speed networking event at Invicta Lodge.

Never tried speed networking before? Don’t worry! Thanet Female Founders is well known for being a super-friendly, welcoming group, and this event is designed to be relaxed and informal. So if the words “speed networking” sound a little scary, we promise it’s nowhere near as daunting as it sounds!

Whether you’re new to networking, looking to grow your business, or simply want to meet more local women in business, this is a great opportunity to make new connections and catch up with familiar faces.

What is speed networking?

Don’t be put off by the name! It’s simply a fun and easy way to meet lots of local businesses in a short space of time.

You’ll have 2 minutes to introduce yourself and your business to another attendee, have a chat and exchange business cards. Then you’ll swap roles before moving on to meet someone new.

No standing up in front of a crowd and no awkward sales pitches – just friendly, one-to-one conversations.

And even if you already know some of the businesses attending, it’s a great chance to catch up, find out what’s new and discover how you might be able to support each other.

What to bring

Bring along your business cards, leaflets or even products if they’re relevant to your business.
