SEC Camp accommodation at Newbold College (Aug 26-29).

Newbold College is pleased to be one of the accommodation options available to attendees of the SEC Camp Meeting. While the event itself is managed by an external organizer, we offer a variety of on-campus lodging choices to provide a convenient and accessible stay for those attending the program.

Stay Details

Standard Package: 3 Nights (August 26–29).

Check-in Time: Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Alternative Option: If you require a 4-night package (August 26–30), these are handled exclusively via email. Please contact events@newbold.ac.uk to book this specific duration.

Camping information:

Each plot measures 30 square metres, providing sufficient space for a family tent, a couples tent or a solo setup, along with any accompanying kit. Shower facilities will be provided onsite for the use of all camping attendees.

Please note that attendees are responsible for bringing all camping equipment, including tents, bedding and any personal items required for their stay.

What’s Included

Accommodation: Your choice of room type or camping for the duration of your stay.

Parking: Free parking is available on the college premises for all guests.

Important Information

Food: Meals are not included in the accommodation price.

Transport: Guests are responsible for their own transport to and from Newbold College.

Cancellations: We offer a full refund of the room rate for cancellations made up to one week before the event. Please note that Eventbrite’s booking fees are non-refundable.
