A welcoming space for women in business to build real connections, share ideas and support each other’s growth.

We’d been to the traditional networking events - you know the ones... forced smiles. Awkward intros. Polite applause. Underneath it all? A whole lot of surface-level support and not nearly enough substance. So we created something different. BWBC is a network for women who take their business - and each other - seriously. We’re founders, directors, freelancers, consultants, and creatives. Some of us are just getting started. Others are years in. What we have in common is this: we show up, we support, and we really collaborate. We’re not here just to pitch. We’re here to refer. To recommend. To advocate. To sit in someone else’s audience and cheer like we’re on payroll. To say your name in a room full of opportunities - and know you’ll do the same. We host regular brunches and education calls. They're about real connection, sharing knowledge, and getting to know the woman behind the business. Because when we trust each other, we work better together. And when we work together? Everyone benefits. This is a circle, not a pipeline. You don’t join to collect leads. You join to be part of something that actually works. So if you’re a Berkshire-based woman in business and you’re ready to be part of it, not just in the room - we’d love to meet you.
