Important Information Before Booking

🎟️ Just one ticket per family

You only need to book ONE ticket per family, regardless of how many adults or children are attending. For example, a family of two adults and two children only needs one ticket. Coming along with friends or another family? Please book one ticket for EACH family attending.

🧣 Wrap up warm

The experience takes place both indoors and outdoors, so please dress for the weather and wear suitable, comfortable footwear.

🐑 Meet our live animals!

We're delighted to welcome live donkeys and sheep on Saturday throughout the day, adding an extra touch of Christmas magic to your experience. Please note that the animals will not be attending on Friday.

♿ Accessibility

Due to the historic nature of our church building, some areas have stairs and narrow doorways. We have worked hard to make the experience as accessible as possible, and an alternative route is available for wheelchair users. If you require wheelchair access or any additional assistance, please let us know when completing your booking.

We can't wait to welcome you and your family to Follow the Star!
