Volunteer-led sessions for new and expectant parents to meet, chat and let babies explore and play

Join us for a catch up with your non mobile babies. Running alongside our Baby Cafe - a free drop-in, run by an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor, which supports parents to feed their baby. No need to book in advance just turn up any time between 1pm and 3pm.

When visiting a NCT Baby Café you can expect:

To be made welcome in a relaxed, safe, child-friendly environment

To meet other parents

For the service to be free, inclusive and accessible

To be supported by a qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor

To receive support, encouragement and reliable information – whether getting ready to breastfeed, establishing breastfeeding, continuing breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding, formula feeding, introducing solids, or stopping breastfeeding.

To be signposted to other services including health professionals, local community support and NCT services and groups.
