Welcome to the Reading Card Show! We are excited to return to Loddon Valley Leisure Centre for the Reading Card Show, this time with 100+ vendor tables and a TWO DAY show!

The Reading Card Show is an exciting event for collectors, enthusiasts, and traders of all types of collectible cards within the Berkshire area and beyond! Whether you're passionate about Pokemon cards, other TCGs, sports cards, or rare and vintage collectibles, this show is the perfect place to buy, sell, and trade with fellow collectors. Vendors will be showcasing a wide array of cards, from modern releases to hard-to-find classics. We will be joined by an international vendor to be announced soon so keep an eye out on our socials!

Come join us on Saturday, November 14th and Sunday, November 15th 2026 at Loddon Valley Leisure Centre, RG6 4GD.

9:30am - Early Entry for Super VIPs

10am - Early Entry for VIPs

11am - General Admission Entry

1:30pm - Afternoon Entry

On Sunday November 15th we will be holding a 64 person POKEMON TCG TOURNAMENT run by Eclectic Games. Briefing and tournament begins at 9:30am.

Trainers will be going head to head in a best of 3 Swiss tournament to see who can "be the very best like no one ever was". This event will be using Pokemon's Standard Format and you will need a valid 60-card deck to compete.

Bring your Pokemon decks!

Make sure you have signed up for your Pokemon Player's ID via Pokemon Trainer Central. If you haven't got one yet, you can sign up with this link: https://trainer.pokemon.com/start

Optional: have the Play! Pokemon Access app installed on your phone or tablet for faster check in.

Check that the cards you want to use are legal. For more information on which cards are legal for this format, take a look on the official Pokemon TCG website.

The event is played as a Swiss Style Tournament in which Trainers play over a number of rounds against others with a similar running score, but not against the same opponents several times.

All participants will get one pack from the latest sets.

Prizes will be as follows (assumes 64 players):

1st place - 60 packs from the latest sets

2nd place - 30 packs from the latest sets

3rd & 4th place - 15 packs from the latest sets

5th - 8th place - 5 packs from the latest sets

PARKING

Please see car park plan below. There is free parking available at Loddon Valley Main car park, as well as 2 overflow car parks. There will be people in the main car park on the day to direct people to the overflow car parks.

We ask if people who live close by are able to walk to the event or use public transport where possible. Please note that you are not able to park on Newquay Drive.

Please be aware there is an Asda car park next door, however we would not suggest you park there due to their time limits and parking restrictions which if not followed can result in penalty notices, parking there would be at the drivers own risk.

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Filming and photography will be taking place at the event to be used for promotion for future shows. By attending the event, you provide consent to be included.
