What your sessions will feel like...

As you enter the healing room, you’ll notice the faint aroma of incense and the glow of a lit candle. Once you’ve ‘arrived’, we activate your Earth Star Chakra to help keep you grounded throughout your treatment and prepare your body with a few easy, gentle Qigong movements. This is entirely optional and guided by what feels right for you.

A zero-gravity chair will be ready for you to sit back and relax into, with a warm, cosy blanket, and a rich soundscape of shamanic frequencies, creating an immersive environment for your healing journey.

Once you’re settled, I open the session with a Tibetan singing bowl. I begin by placing my hands at your feet, either hands-on or hands-off, whichever feels most comfortable for you. This allows me to begin reading your energetics and ‘tuning in’ to anything your body wants me to know.

I then guide you through a full-body relaxation, allowing you to gently release and let go. You’ll feel me slowly move to the top of your head, where I carefully place my hands and begin channeling Reiki energy.

Each session is then intuitively guided. You may hear the tones of my tuning forks as I work with areas of blocked energy around or within you, or I may use the resonant vibrations of my beautiful shamanic drum or singing bowls around your head, lower back and spine.

I’ll return to your head and shoulders to channel more Reiki, or work on an area that requires extra care and attention. I may also guide you to connect with specific areas of your inner light body helping you shift and rebalance.

Any guidance I offer is by invitation only… if it doesn’t feel right, we don’t do it.

At this point, you may find yourself gently surrendering into a peaceful, deeply restful state. As you relax, the healing energy works through your physical body, energy body, emotional body, light body and mental body, dissolving lower-vibrational frequencies and creating space for new energy to flow.

This can be an especially beautiful time to connect with your Spirit Guides, and make silent wishes, if you feel called to do so.

We close the treatment as we began, with three full-body sweeps of sound from my Tibetan singing bowl. You’ll then be slowly and gently brought back into the here and now, ready to ground fresh, new energies into Mother Earth.

Finally, there’s an invitation for us to share anything that may have arisen during your treatment.

You leave feeling refreshed, with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper connection to the authentic expression of who you truly are...
