Meet Sophia — the woman turning her perimenopause experience into purpose. 💙

Perimenopause pushed Sophia to her limits, but it also made her the woman she is today. Her mission? To make sure no woman ever has to navigate this transition feeling alone.

With over 1,000 hours of sessions supporting women through perimenopause, Sophia brings more than 10 years of experience across clinical practice, coaching and mentoring alongside medical teams, community work, organisations and private practice.

She knows the questions women ask behind closed doors — and the ones they sometimes feel too embarrassed to ask at all!

And then there's Mirelle… 👠👜

Sophia first met Mirelle in Pangbourne after the birth of her third child, when Mirelle sold her a Marc Jacobs handbag. But it wasn't just about the handbag. Mirelle struck up a conversation and invited Sophia out for an evening — something she hadn't done for herself in months!

Sophia was most definitely at the beginning of perimenopause, and although Mirelle probably doesn't remember that moment, it clearly left its mark. So, when Mirelle suggested teaming up for this event, Sophia's answer was an immediate YES!

Mirelle has turned her own midlife dream into reality, creating the gorgeous @thesavvy.collection (https://www.instagram.com/thesavvy.collection/?hl=en) — a hub for pre-loved designer labels and affordable, swanky fashion. Every piece is handpicked, and you can even sell your own pre-loved treasures, provided they're in amazing condition.
