Casino Rooms Nightclub is strictly Over 18's only

Dress Code - Smart Casual - No Effort - No Entry.

Smart trainers are ok. Strictly no vests or caps to be worn in the venue and hoods must not be worn up.

Non permitted items can be left in the cloakroom.

Customers may be refused entry if they are considered to be intoxicated, aggressive or not in good order.

Customers may be refused entry if they appear to be ill or are exhibiting symptoms of any contagious virus or disease.

Right of admission reserved.

All normal club rules apply.

No refunds will be given.

ID

Casino Rooms Nightclub is strictly Over 18's only.

If customers are asked for ID, we accept in date and original (not copies or photos) forms of ID that show all of the below:

• Photograph

• Date of birth and Name

• A holographic mark

Examples of acceptable ID include:

• Passport, Driving Licence or PASS Citizen Cards

• Other forms of ID which meet the criteria

Tickets

Once a ticket has been purchased, there can be no refunds for any reason.

The named ticket holder may be asked to present valid photo ID as part of the ticket entry verification procedure and may be asked for valid photo ID, when presenting their tickets upon arrival.

Failure to present this may result in the purchaser not being permitted entry.

Tickets are not transferable or permitted for resale.

By purchasing a ticket, customers are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of the event, as well as the venue rules and codes of conduct.

No refunds will be given for any reason.

VIP Tables

VIP tables are available from the time of opening.

VIP bookings do not override any ban from the venue or Safer Medway Partnership exclusion from the Medway night time economy member venues.

No refunds will be given for anyone arriving as part of a VIP party, who is not permitted entry.

For VIP table packages that include a bar spend, this is to be used from the VIP Menu, which consists mainly of bottles of spirits, champagne & prosecco.

This spend cannot be used solely for individual drinks only, however, your server will be happy to add individual drinks to your order, once your main bottle order has been taken.

A VIP table booking is not reliant or linked to any event, theme,Television/Sporting Event showing or celebrity personal appearance.

VIP payments are non-refundable or transferable.

Buying a VIP package confirms your acceptance of all of these Terms and Conditions.

Venue Accessibility

The Casino Rooms has a portable access ramp to allow easy entry for wheelchair customers from the pavement into the venue's ground floor. Please ask security upon arrival and they will be happy to help with this.

Sadly, due to the age of the building, we do not have a lift to the upstairs main room and events space. Wheelchair customers normally get their friends to assist them up the two flights of stairs (17 steps in total) into the main room. Once upstairs, the room is completely flat and also has Disabled Toilet facilities.
