We have shortened the distances slightly to a 3k run 12.5k bike then a 3k run. A few people felt that the old distances where just a bit too long. If you disagree please tell us.

We had 38 teams last year and we hopping to fill the race this year. We are limited to 60 teams so enter early to avoid disappointment. We are also limited to 50 in the solo event.

We are also moving transition to the over flow car park to give us more room. This will also enable us to set up a more spectacular event.

Results are now in the results section above for last year’s race.

The race will take place at the Cyclopark in Gravesend, so it will be traffic free and taking place on the purpose built tarmac circuit. The run is all of site.

Race information.

Registration will open at 7.00am for both races

The relay race will now be starting at 8.20am. Only one member from each team needs to register the whole team. You will pick up your envelope with all your race numbers and bike numbers. Each race number will have at the bottom a small number 1 to 3. This will be in the order that you race and will help you sort out your individual time after the event.

The relay race will start by transition and will head away from the cyclopark. After you have completed the 3k run you then come back into transition to pick up your bike. You will mount your bike just before the track. Keep to the left when you start to ride up the hill and move to the right when safe. Take care when you over taking.

After you have completed 5 laps (12.5k) dismounts at the line and run back into transition drop of your bike then head back out for the 2nd 3k run.

When you have finished your 2nd run head to the changeover area where your team member should be waiting for you. Give him a High 5 then they do it all over again. The last team member then heads to the finish area that will be to the left off transition.

Sorry but there will be a cut off at 12pm as all bike need to be of the tack by this time.

Solo Race information

The solo race will start at 8.15 and will be a slightly longer race. You will run one lap of the track then head out onto the 3k second lap (5.5k in total) then it’s onto the track for 8 laps (20k). When you have finished its then a 2nd 3.k run.

There are changing rooms and showers on site that can be used. There is also a very nice cafeteria and children’s play area.

Parking is £1 and this must be paid before you leave the site.
