Join us at Cafe In The Calm for a welcoming day of learning, connection and exploration, bringing together practitioners, therapists, readers, exhibitors and people interested in developing their knowledge and skills.

It’s an opportunity to meet people working in different areas, discover new approaches, ask questions, find out about training and services, and connect with others who share your interests.

Whether you’re completely new to holistic therapies or you already have skills and qualifications you’d like to develop further, you’re welcome to come along and explore what’s available.

Enjoy a fresh coffee and something delicious to eat, take part in a workshop, chat with practitioners, discover new ideas, or simply enjoy a relaxed day surrounded by like-minded people.

This month’s workshops:

Calm Under Pressure | 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

For full diaries, demanding days and minds that stay switched on. Learn how to pause, reset and respond with more clarity.

Sleep Better, Switch Off | 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM

If the working day follows you home, this session helps you create a realistic wind-down routine without adding another chore.

Confident Conversations | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

For meetings, boundaries, family chats or moments when you want to be clear without becoming hard, apologetic or overwhelmed.

All three workshops are included in your £3.50 entry, along with a complimentary hot drink on arrival.
