About This Event

Lord Sackville's private garden at Knole in Rochester is a beautiful space featuring sprawling lawns, a walled garden, an untamed wilderness area and a medieval orchard, which will be open to the public on selected dates.

Lord Sackville’s private garden at Knole is a beautiful space, featuring sprawling lawns, a walled garden, an untamed wilderness area and a medieval orchard. Visitors can explore the 26 acre garden and stunning views of the house on these special event days throughout the year.

Tickets can be pre-booked online or purchased on the day, subject to availability.

Normal admission to Knole applies in addition to a garden event ticket.

National Trust members: normal admission is free; garden ticket charges apply.

Non-members: if you wish to use the car park or visit other areas of Knole that require a ticket, you will also need to purchase an admission ticket to Knole. The minimum admission ticket required is an Outdoor and Tower ticket (£6 for adults and £3 for children aged 5-17).
