Summer of Play nature craft: woodland tree decorations will take place at Ightham Mote in Rochester on 20 August 2026 at 11am. The one-hour session includes a nature-themed story and craft activity for children. Admission to the site is required.
This one-hour session begins with an interactive nature-themed story to inspire children to create their woodland tree slice decoration; will they make a woodland friend, magical creature or a favourite story character? Get creative and take your decoration home with you.
Sessions start at 11am, 12pm and 2pm. Advanced booking is not required, but spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis on the day. Please ask in Visitor Reception on arrival.
Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
