Welcome to our booking page for our Sixth Form Open Evening! Please read all the information below!

Please read the following information very carefully to avoid disappointment:

Following the success of our event last year, we are again using a booking system for our Sixth Form Open Evening.

There is a limit of three e-tickets per family. This is to try and accommodate as many families as possible and prevent over-crowding.

There are two times to book 6.00pm and 6.45pm, both include a talk from me as the Head of Sixth Form as well as a tour, starting in the main hall. Please only book one time-slot.

For the tour element, you will be shown around the school by our wonderful students and you will be able to visit all departments of interest.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions and lots of information available for you. The use of the booking system means that prospective parents, guardians and students have a chance to talk to staff in smaller groups, which is also an advantage.

We want you to feel that the whole experience is personalised, which is what Maplesden is all about!

Please remember to have your e-ticket ready to show our staff at the door of the hall as you arrive. You may wish to have this available to show us on your mobile phone or as a print-out.

Please be aware that parking is limited on Site, so you may find it beneficial to travel via public transport or park away from the School to avoid delays.

We look forward to meeting you all on Thursday 19th November 2026. I do hope your child is able to join our Maplesden community and feels supported and prepared for the next steps in their academic journey. If you have any questions or have any difficulty with the e-ticket process, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

Best wishes

Mr S Atwal
