Unique to Central Scotland, Chakradance™ Freedom is a soft launch of your transformational healing journey through the seven chakras — blending specially composed chakra-resonant music, spontaneous free-form movement, guided visualisation, and mandala art-making. There are no steps to learn and no performance required. Eyes softly closed, you simply let your body move and your soul speak.
