· Write song’s, create beats

· Jam and Improvise

· Experiment with music tech and recording

· Explore different styles and genres

· Turn your ideas into music

· Make music with other people

You don’t need to be an amazing musician to join! It’s totally free to take part, you’re welcome to bring an instrument or let us know what you play or want to have a go on.

Sessions will be on Wednesday afternoons, from 13 January to 10 March 2027, from 12:00 -2.30pm at Salisbury Arts Centre. Celebration session date to be confirmed.

What’s it all about?

Our creative courses are for people living in Salisbury specifically within the SP1 – SP5 postcodes and are ideally suited to those with low to medium mental health needs– like anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, and feelings of social isolation.

The courses and support offered are designed for those looking to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, connect with others, meet new people in a safe and supportive environment, explore new creative skills or learn more about local heritage and culture.

Please note that registering on Eventbrite does not automatically secure you a place on the course.

When you reserve a ticket, you will be sent a referral form which must be completed and returned. Your place will only be confirmed once the referral form has been completed and returned to the Well-City Salisbury team.

Submitting an Eventbrite registration is an expression of interest rather than a confirmed booking.
