Salisbury City Hall is set to host an extraordinary musical evening on Monday 21 September 2026, with the acclaimed band Holy Holy gracing the stage. This exceptional ensemble brings together legendary figures from David Bowie's recording career, including his former producer and bassist Tony Visconti, and the iconic drummer Woody Woodmansey. Together, they will deliver a captivating performance featuring a carefully curated selection of Bowie's most cherished hits alongside some of his more enigmatic and lesser-known compositions. Tony Visconti, a pivotal figure in shaping Bowie's sound, will take centre stage on bass, lending his immense talent to the proceedings. He will be joined by the distinctive vocals of Glenn Gregory from the celebrated synth-pop band Heaven 17, and a formidable all-star band comprising highly respected musicians. This promises to be a night celebrating the enduring legacy of a musical icon, performed by those who knew his work intimately. Tickets for this unmissable event are priced between £50 and £70.
@ David Bowie’s former producer/ bassist Tony Visconti and drummer Woody Woodmansey launched their Bowie project ‘The Best Of Bowie’ featuring long-time fan and friend Heaven 17’s Glenn Gregory plus the all-star Holy Holy band in April 2021. The band perform iconic hits and cult classics from Bowie’s extensive back catalogue with Visconti on bass. One of the world’s most celebrated producers, Visconti played on Bowie’s first two records and went on to produce ten of David’s albums throughout his career. Drummer Woody performed and recorded with Bowie during his Ziggy Stardust era as one of The Spiders From Mars (Bowie’s backing band). They are joined by Gregory who also sang alongside Bowie on the original Band Aid single in 1984 on vocals and is the frontman of the Holy Holy project which also features Paul Cuddeford and James Stevenson (Guitars), Tony’s daughter Jessica Lee Morgan (12 string and sax) and the very talented Janette Mason on Piano/Keys. Some words from Woody…. Since Holy Holy formed back in 2014, we’ve played to hundreds of thousands of Bowie fans around the world. From the audience response to the energy within the band, we’ve shared some truly amazing and unforgettable evenings together. We’ve toured the UK, Japan, Europe and the US — and every time the music connects just as powerfully. This upcoming tour feels especially meaningful. With the V&A Bowie exhibition now open, the recent preservation of Bowie’s legacy through the National Heritage Trust, and the 10th anniversary of David’s untimely passing, it feels like the right moment to come together again and celebrate what this music still means. We’re planning a show that truly reflects what Bowie’s music gave to the world — and what it continues to give to all of us. We aim to do him proud. See you there. *All under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on a maximum 1:4 ratio. Salisbury City Hall View Organiser Website info@salisburycityhall.co.uk

🎤 Performer
Holy Holy is a musical project born of award-winning singer songwriter Timothy Carroll from Brisbane and guitarist/composer Oscar Dawson (Ali Barter, Dukes of Windsor) from Melbourne. Dawson and Carroll met working as English teachers in South-East Asia. Over the intervening years they remained in contact, but it wasn't until they serendipitously met in Europe during 2011 that they started demoing songs. At the time, Carroll was living in Sweden and working on a solo project.
