Are you a budding marine biologist? Drop in to the Living Seas Centre to discover what lies beneath the waves on the Yorkshire coast!
Join us for a drop-in session designed for budding marine biologists. Each of our Ocean Explorers sessions will have a different theme, including Waves of Waste, Fantastic Fossils, and Powerhouse Plankton! Perfect for families, no booking required. Please note, children must be accompanied by an adult.

What's at the Living Seas Centre?
The Living Seas Centre is our events hub near South Landing, Flamborough. It's the perfect starting point for a relaxed, scenic walk around South Landing followed by lunch or a sweet treat at our neighbouring cafe Scrumdiddlyumptious-by-the-Sea.
What to bring/wear
This event takes place indoors so wear whatever you're comfortable in.
Toilets and catering
There are toilets at the Living Seas Centre and a neighbouring cafe, Scrumdiddlyumptious-by-the-Sea, open Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 3pm.
Covid-19 secure
If you have tested positive or think you may have Covid-19 we ask you to stay at home. Please contact Supporter Services if this is the case and your booking will be refunded. Visit our events Covid-19 page for more details.
