The programme features Mozart’s sparkling Divertimento in D major, Tchaikovsky’s gorgeous Autumn and Andante Cantabile, alongside much-loved excerpts from The Nutcracker. Increase yourself in Christmas spirit with a lush arrangement of Holst’s magical ‘In the Bleak Midwinter’. The evening culminates in a virtuosic performance of ‘Winter’ from legendary tango composer Astor Piazzolla’s ‘The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires’, featuring international violinist Harriet Mackenzie “Searing intensity… captivating.” The Strad.  From timeless classical favourites to atmospheric seasonal melodies the evening promises to be a wonderful way to begin your Christmas celebrations. Profits from the concert support Music in Action, the inspiring charity providing life-changing music education for underprivileged children.
