Come meet us in person build friendships, swap tips, and support each other through the ups and downs. It’s all about building a community where you can feel understood and empowered.

Grab a coffee (or tea), bring your questions, and let's support each other!
Or just sit and relax and take a few minutes for you
Just £2 per week (cash or card) - payable at event
Fridays 9.30am - 11.30am weekly term time
