Celebrate the Release of Beyond Fate

As we head into Halloween season, join author Kat Clark for a dark and atmospheric evening celebrating the release of her YA fantasy, Beyond Fate, the first book in the Opals of Daor trilogy.

Inspired by Celtic mythology, ghosts and the darker side of the imagination, Beyond Fate follows Zara — a seventeen-year-old girl with a secret she doesn't understand and a gift she cannot escape. Because she can see things others cannot.

For one night, step out of the pages and into the world that helped inspire Daor. Expect an evening of dark fantasy, magic and a little something supernatural…

🖤 Enter the world of Beyond Fate

Meet Kat Clark

Join Kat for a short, intimate talk about the inspiration behind Beyond Fate, the creation of Daor, the mythology woven through the story and how an idea became the first book in the Opals of Daor trilogy.

🔮 See what the cards have to say

Zara is clairvoyant. She sees beyond what others can see — and tarot felt like the perfect way to bring a little of that supernatural element into the evening.

If you'd like to experience your own glimpse beyond the veil, you can request a tarot reading when booking your ticket. Readings will be offered throughout the evening on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that if demand is high, this may have to become a group platform reading. I'll do my very best to make sure everyone who requests a reading gets a little time with the cards.

🕯️ Go beyond the usual tour

Choose the Entry + Exclusive Cave Tour ticket and venture beneath the surface on an exclusive, up-to-two-hour guided tour, taking you away from the mainstream route and into parts of the caves not seen by the public. Follow Zara's footsteps through the tunnels, explore hidden corners and experience firsthand the atmospheric spaces that helped inspire parts of Beyond Fate.

📖 Celebrate the launch

Meet fellow readers, talk all things Beyond Fate, discover the story behind the story and raise a glass to the release of the first book in the Opals of Daor trilogy. There'll be plenty of time to mingle, enjoy the atmosphere, browse copies of Beyond Fate and have your book personally signed by Kat.
