RETURN TO YOURSELF A Women-Only Intuitive Yoni Painting Workshop Sheffield Goddess Temple, above Airy Fairy, 239 London Road, Sheffield, S2 4NF Only 10 places available Women only • Ages 18+ Return to Yourself is a nurturing, women-only creative workshop led by artist and intuitive practitioner Joules Rain - Art Alchemist. Through guided meditation, gentle intuitive exercises and expressive painting, you will be invited to move away from perfection, expectation and overthinking, and towards your own inner voice. At the heart of the workshop, you will create your own intuitive yoni-inspired artwork. 'Yoni' is a Sanskrit word associated with the sacred feminine, the womb and the source of life. During this workshop, yoni symbolism will be explored creatively, as an expression of feminine energy, intuition, identity, strength and connection to self. Your artwork does not need to look realistic, and you will not be told what it 'should' look like. It may become bold, soft, abstract, colourful, symbolic, layered or completely unexpected. There is no right or wrong way to create it. This is not about being good at art. It is about allowing yourself to feel, explore and express. No rules. No pressure. No perfection. Just expression. WHAT THE WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE • A warm welcome and introduction • A grounding guided meditation • Gentle prompts to help you connect with your intuition • Time and space to create your own yoni-inspired artwork • Support and encouragement throughout the creative process • An optional closing reflection and sharing circle • One complementary hot or cold drink • A signed A5 print by Joules Rain • Your completed artwork to take home ALL CREATIVE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED These will include: • Paints and paintbrushes • A prepared art surface on which to create your artwork • Drawing materials • Collage materials for anyone who would prefer to incorporate collage • Disposable paper aprons for anyone who wishes to wear one Please wear comfortable clothing that you would not mind accidentally getting paint on. WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR? This women-only workshop is for anyone aged 18 or over who would like to slow down, reconnect with herself and explore her intuition through creativity. It may be for you if you: • Feel disconnected from yourself or your creativity • Spend much of your time caring for, supporting or thinking about other people • Want to quieten your inner critic and trust your intuition • Feel drawn to intuitive art or exploring your connection with yourself • Would love to create but believe you are 'not artistic' • Want to experience something meaningful in the company of other women Every woman’s body and lived experience is different. There is no expectation that you share any particular experiences, discuss your body or disclose anything personal. No previous art experience is needed. Everything will be gently guided, and you will always be free to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you. A GENTLE AND RESPECTFUL SPACE There will be no nudity, intimate examination or requirement to disclose personal experiences. You will never be expected to explain your artwork or share anything you would prefer to keep private. Meditation, reflection and sharing activities are invitations rather than requirements. ACCESSIBILITY The Goddess Temple is situated above Airy Fairy and is accessed by steep, narrow stairs. Unfortunately, there is no step-free access to the workshop space. Please consider whether this will be suitable for you before booking. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS If you are no longer able to attend, please request a refund at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the workshop will not be accepted. You may transfer your place to another eligible attendee by contacting the organiser in advance. If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund. ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR Joules Rain is an artist, writer, Reiki Master, sound facilitator and creator of the Art of Intuitive Alchemy Toracle. Through her work as, 'Art Alchemist', Joules explores intuition, emotion, transformation and the many layers of the feminine experience. She creates welcoming spaces in which women can step away from judgement and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have become quiet, hidden or forgotten. Come exactly as you are. Leave with something that could only have been created by you.
