About This Event

We'll begin with a gentle yoga practice to awaken the body, release tension and ease into the day. ✬ From there, we'll explore the landscape and surrounding nature by moving into a guided dance and movement journey with silent disco headsets. ✬ This is not a dance class and there are no steps to learn. Instead, you'll be invited to explore movement in whatever way feels natural and enjoyable for your body. Through music, breath, nature connection and simple movement prompts, we'll discover what it feels like to move freely, expressively and with curiosity.
