🎨 After lots of requests, Neurological Art is back!
Calling all Sheffield PAs! Join us to discover the calming power of neurological art – a chance to unwind, be creative and connect with other Personal Assistants.
You don't need any artistic experience or to be able to draw or paint. This workshop isn't about creating a masterpiece – it's about taking time for yourself, expressing yourself freely, and enjoying the process.
Neurological (or neurographic) art is a free-flowing, mindful art technique that uses neuron-like lines and shapes. By softening sharp corners and allowing patterns to develop naturally, you'll create a unique piece of artwork while experiencing a calming, relaxing and meditative creative process.
Come along for a morning of creativity, connection and wellbeing, guided by an experienced workshop facilitator in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Following the workshop, everyone is welcome to stay for a complimentary lunch.
Spaces are limited, so please book early. If you can no longer attend, we'd really appreciate you letting us know so we can offer your place to someone else.
If you have any questions or need to cancel your booking, please contact pachampion@championsheffield.org.uk.
We can't wait to welcome you back and create together!
