Unwind and get crafty with some cool nature-inspired projects to melt your stress away. 2 hours together in a relaxing environment.

This isn't an elite art school. It is a sanctuary. Every detail of our 2-hour workshops are intentionally designed to reverse overstimulation:

Low-Waste Recycled Materials: Pristine art supplies trigger perfectionism. Beautiful, reclaimed objects remove the fear of making a mistake, unlocking a playful, therapeutic creativity.

Extra-Small Groups: Crowded rooms are exhausting. We strictly limit our spaces so the environment stays peaceful, unhurried, and deeply supportive.

Local Venues: You shouldn’t have to battle city traffic to find peace. We bring our workshops directly into local South Yorkshire communities.

Time to Breathe: Every session begins with brief, intentional breathwork to help your nervous system transition out of "busy mode."

Our first event in this cosy pub, easily accessed from the M1 and local to Barnsley and Rotherham, come and meet us.
