Creative Journalling & Empowerment Programme for Girls Aged 15-17.

Your voice matters. Your story matters. You matter.

The Power of YOU is an inspiring creative journalling programme for young women aged 15-17 that encourages self-discovery, confidence, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing.

Using creative journalling, guided reflection and supportive group conversations, participants will have the opportunity to explore their experiences, aspirations, and challenges in a space where they feel heard, valued, and understood.

The programme supports young women in developing confidence when discussing their thoughts, feelings and concerns while creating meaningful connections with others facing similar experiences. Through shared learning and peer support, participants are encouraged to recognise their strengths, celebrate their individuality, and understand that perfection is neither possible nor necessary.

This workshop helps participants to:

· Build confidence, self-belief, and emotional resilience.

· Develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, and exam pressures.

· Express thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and safely.

· Connect with and support other young women facing similar challenges.

· Improve communication and decision-making skills.

· Explore future aspirations, education, and career opportunities.

· Develop a positive sense of identity and self-worth.

· Recognise that everyone has challenges and that nobody is perfect.

· Learn to be kinder to themselves and embrace who they are.

· Feel empowered to make positive choices about their future.

Participants will leave feeling more confident in their abilities, better equipped to manage challenges, and inspired to move forward with greater self-belief and purpose.
