Thriving Teams: Nature and Neurodiversity at Work is scheduled for 08:30 on 20 October 2026, with a cost of £50.00 to £80.00.
Experience two fresh approaches to wellbeing: nature-based practice and neuroinclusive thinking.
Is staff wellbeing feeling like another thing you should do but don't know where to start?
You're not alone. As an HR lead or business owner in a small to medium organisation, you know wellbeing matters. But between limited budgets, competing priorities, and the sense that "wellbeing initiatives are for big companies," it can slip down the list.
What if wellbeing could be practical, affordable, and energising - for both your team and you?
What's this event about?
Join us for a refreshing half-day that combines nature-based practices and neurodiversity-inclusive thinking to help you approach workplace wellbeing differently.
This isn't a lecture. It's a chance to:
✨ Experience evidence-based wellbeing approaches firsthand
🌳 Connect with nature and discover how it can support your team
🧠 Explore the power of diverse thinking and neuroinclusive practices
💡 Design practical, low-cost wellbeing strategies specific to your organisation
🤝 Network with other leaders facing similar challenges
You'll leave with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and at least one action you can implement straight away.
Who's this for?
This morning is designed for anyone responsible for people, culture, and team performance, including:
HR professionals & consultants looking for practical, evidence-based tools
Business owners, founders, & directors wearing the HR or leadership hat
Line managers, team leads, & wellbeing champions wanting simple ways to help their teams thrive
No prior wellbeing, nature, or neurodiversity experience needed - just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
What will we do?
from 9:15am - Arrival Settle in with tea, coffee, and a warm welcome. Meet fellow attendees in a relaxed, nature-inspired setting.
9:30am - Welcome & Context Why wellbeing matters (and why it doesn't have to be complicated or expensive).

Use "How might we..." questions to generate creative, doable solutions
Commit to one small step you'll take back to your team
12:15pm - Close & Next Steps Wrap up with key takeaways, resources to take away, and how we can support you further.
