We Are Sheffield: Exhibition Launch Night

Voluntary Action Sheffield is delighted to invite you to the launch of We Are Sheffield, a special exhibition celebrating 100 years of voluntary and community action stories across Sheffield.

The exhibition brings together stories, memories, photographs and objects from the people and organisations who have contributed to Sheffield’s voluntary and community sector over the past 100 years.

Join us at Millennium Gallery for an evening celebrating the people and communities at the heart of Sheffield, and the stories shared as part of our centenary celebrations.

Travel and parking

Millennium Gallery is located in Sheffield city centre and is easily accessible by public transport.

Sheffield railway station is approximately a 5–10 minute walk from the gallery. The gallery is also easily reached from city-centre bus and tram stops.

There is a coach drop-off point close to the gallery entrance on Arundel Gate.

There are several car parks nearby. The closest is Britannia car park, opposite the Crucible Theatre. Q-Park on Charles Street also offers 30% off pre-booked parking for Millennium Gallery visitors. Do I need to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes. Please bring your Eventbrite ticket with you, either printed or on your mobile device. Your ticket will be checked on arrival.

Is my ticket transferable?

If you are unable to attend, please let us know and, where possible, provide the name of the person attending in your place. As this is a free event with limited capacity, please only book a ticket if you intend to attend.

Can I update my registration details?
