Will Young has spent over two decades at the forefront of British pop since winning the inaugural series of Pop Idol in 2002. His debut single Anything Is Possible / Evergreen sold over 1.7 million copies, making it the second best-selling single of the 21st century in the UK to date and one of the Top 20 best-selling singles of all time. His career has since included four #1 and two #2 chart-topping albums, two BRIT Awards, and hits such as Leave Right Now, Jealousy and Evergreen. His most recent album Light It Up debuted Top 5 in the UK charts in 2024, followed by a sold-out UK acoustic tour. Alongside music, Will has built a successful career in acting and presenting, including stage and screen roles, and regular slots on Magic and BBC Radio 2.
