Book online or turn up on the day to take out a blue Canadian canoe for an hour and make your visit memorable with this wonderful canoeing trip! These mini canoe adventures are suitable for everyone, whether it's your first time in a canoe or if the last time you were in one was 20 years ago. With full safety instructions provided before you get in the boat, everyone will have a great time, whatever the weather. Shrewsbury Canoe Hire operates on weekends and school holidays between 10 am and 4 pm, weather and river conditions permitting. Please be aware that canoeing on the river is dependent on weather and river height, which can change rapidly. The river height is not necessarily connected to the local weather, as the river flows a long way before it reaches Attingham. Please ring Shrewsbury Canoe Hire before traveling any great distance to check if canoeing is going ahead today. Boats can hold up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, depending on the age of the children).
